Good afternoon Dear friends! I am a young orthopaedician running my nursing home in Delhi. I am not comfortable at all going for home visits to see patient. My question is many a times people visit my nursing home asking to declare a patient dead at their home. How to deal with such people.

Is it my responsibility in such a situation to give a home visit. What are the legal implications. I always insist on to bring the patient to hospital. Kindly advise.
