A 2 yr female child presented with h/o acute diarrhea with signs of ARF and was treated by some local practitioner 2 days back and presented to me with not passing urine for last 10 hour and perpheral edema. Her Hb was 7 and counts normal. S creatinine was1.3.

She was given lasix and maintenance fluid but next day urine output decreased again. What could be the possible causes?
