To safeguard future childbearing, options like egg freezing, embryo freezing, ovarian tissue cryopreservation, and fertility-sparing surgeries are used. These approaches are especially important before chemotherapy, radiation, or extensive pelvic surgery, helping women maintain the possibility of pregnancy later in life.
