Diabetic 65 male had communited compound fracture leg with compartment. We did emergency fasciotomy with external fixator. With regular dressing and care eventually soft tissue over fracture didn't surview and plastic surgeon did debridement and cross-leg flap.

Now flap separation done.now its 8 week since injury. Please comment on the next line of treatment.
