25 yrs old male pt c/o fever 5 days, loss of app., acute vomiting, abdomen pain and mild breathlessness. Exam: BP 90/60, epigastric tenderness.

Blood investigation: WBC 2.9, Hb 12.7, HCT 35, PLT 43000, MP -ve, Dengue NS1 +v UGS- ascitis and rt pleural effusion. Please suggested me on how to manage this type of patient?
