I had a patient with depression not working since 10 years and has on treatment from different psychiatrists. He responded to my treatment and started working since 2 months. Unfortunately, he runs gambling ( Mutaka ) shop.

I'm feeling guilty, what should I do now? Explaining ethics to him is NOT of any use.
