A case in post operative period, after being operated for Bartholin abscess suddenly developed unresponsiveness and followed with respiratory arrest at about 6 pm exactly 2 hours after surgery. He was incubated and kept in mechanical ventilation. But till 1 am no motor response at all. At about 1.30 am she started movements and at 3 am developed consciousness.
Then she was immediately disconnected from mechanical ventilation and extenuated. She starts talking and then remain with full conscious and discharged from hospital safely. Why did she developed sudden unresponsiveness?
