I need advice on my patient - 25 year old female, whose complaint is severe weakness in both lower limbs (at & below knee joints). She can walk but she is scared of falling down. Sometimes, while walking, she simply falls on her knees once or twice a day. She has no other health complaints except this. She is hemodynamically stable. All basic investigations have come normal.
Color doppler of both lower limbs has also come normal. DTR & other Neurological reflexes in both limbs are normal. I'm thinking of having MRI done. Any suggestions on how to proceed further in this case?
