The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has recently received the International Customer Experience Standard (ICXS) 2019 certification from the British Standards Institution. The certificate has been awarded to mark DHA’s continuous efforts in providing high-quality healthcare services and improving customer experiences and satisfaction. Importantly, DHA is the first authority to date to receive this prestigious certification.
This accomplishment bolsters the DHA’s mission in providing improved customer services and implementation of the Article Five of the Fifty-year Charter, “ A Doctor for Every Citizen ”.
