I recently gave a USG Guided TAP block for a patient with chronic postoperative lower anterior abdominal wall pain which had developed subsequent to laparoscopy assisted nephrectomy. As of now the patient has good pain relief,which he says 'for the first time in 4-5 yrs'.

I want to know what are the other options available if the pain recurs?
