Male 39 years, BMI 33 - Diabetes - since last 4 years,  poorly controlled - On sitagliptin and extended-release metformin 50/1000 - 2 OD , missing the doses occasionally. Atorvastatin 10 mg OD - No medications for BP. Recent labs FBS: 190 mg/dl, HbA1C, 9.2% - 2 years earlier A1C was above 12%.

Now Macroalbuminuria 39.6 mg/mmol. eGFR 104 ml/min. How safe and effective is SGLT2i - Dapaglifozin 10 mg in this patient?
