60 yrs male, k/c/o HTN & DM2 , taking OHA and atenolol 50, presented with c/o sudden onset breathlessness, pain chest . mildly anaemic, no cyanosis, BP=160/90 , chest= b/l rhonchii , ECG given, Troponin-T positive , h/o taken two atenolol50 tabs within previous 6hrs with a gap of 3hrs .
Comment on ecg n management required.
