A 15-year-old girl presented with gradual weakness of Rt L UL followed by Rt LL in a period of 2 weeks. She had no h/o fever or trauma, no nausea or vomiting. Unable to hold pen perfectly, clumsiness of gait. Clinically, no neuro deficit, CT scan of brain normal, NCS of UL normal, H- reflex N, no metabolic abnormality.
She has rudimentary cervical ribs, neck & shoulder pain, low Vit D3 level, blood sugar, TSH normal. The patient is conscious, can move independently, yet some slurring of speech. What would be the diagnosis and its management?
