A 30 yrs male had asymptomatic skin lesions associated with fever since about a week. No h/o any drug consumption. Had no leprosy in the past. Investigations revealed TLC 21000, polymorphs 85%. Tridot negative. Skinclipping for leprabacilli negative.

Patches. Normal sensations. Mild nerve thinking. What could be the differential diagnosis?
