A 32 years old female p1 L1 with a complaint of itching in perineum from last 5 months which is extended to anus now. took several treatment, on examination the area is mild dry in comparison to health area with few rashes due to scratching. Patient is HSV2 positive since 2 years, and took Acyclovir for that at present no lesion. The only complaint is itching which is very severe sometimes. She took following treatment: Clotrimazole, Neomycin, Beclomethasone as ointment and there was a relief till she applied the ointment.
Seratoconazole and Azithromycin were taken orally. What can be the diagnosis for this? Kindly share your opinion.
