A 15-year-old female patient complaining about restlessness, confusion, unable sit and answer the question, severe pallor of mucous membranes. X-ray of the chest is within normal limits, HB% 3 gm. ESR 70, aphthous ulceration. Patient from very poor family, so expensive investigations can't be done.
The patient put on haematinics and steroids. Within 15 days there is a lot of improvement. The patient came walking in the clinic and after one month patient presented rash on the face. What will be the possible provisional diagnosis and what investigations should be done further?
