Case presentation A 55-year-old menopausal woman presented with mild pain in the abdomen and frequent micturition for five days with no gynecological complaints. Ultrasound revealed a growth inside her urinary bladder, and thus, the patient was referred to another hospital for cystoscopy and management. Clinical examination General examination: Within normal limits Pelvic examination: Upper vaginal stenosis was present, and the hardened anterior wall of the vagina was observed. Rectal examination: Right-sided parametrial induration up to the pelvic wall was present.
Examination of the uterus: Normal findings; thus, cystoscopy, biopsy, and ureteric stenting were planned.
