A patient also has some congenital skin deformity and the typical deformed skin more like burn contracture like scar but it is in same consistency like normal skin. These Lesions causes itching and they are not advancing.

Also patient has alopecia and tongue is fissured and cracked. What could be the diagnosis for this skin problem?
