Case presentation A 70-year-old man visited the clinic with a complaint of tongue ulcer on the right side for two months and right lower lip lesion for 15 days, both of which gradually increased in size. Medical history The patient had a history of lip cancer and underwent surgery 12 years back with subsequent radiotherapy. He was a tobacco smoker for 30-years and had discontinued its use after being diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma.
