Case Presentation A 60-year-old woman presented with gingival swelling at an oral surgery clinic. She also complained of bleeding while brushing her teeth. History She had been diagnosed with colorectal cancer a year ago. She had undergone surgery for cancer and received chemotherapy. Investigations An examination revealed the presence of a large, non-tender, pedunculated mass.

The mass extended from the buccal gingival border of the lower right second premolar to the lingual border (cover image).
