Medical history Patient reported a medical history of hypertension Medications include: Nifedipine 60mg once daily He has no known drug allergies His family history is unremarkable He denied smoking or any use of recreational drugs and is a social drinker System review There are no bleeding abnormalities, recent weight loss, night sweats or fatigue. Hypertension is well-controlled with current regimen. No extra-oral symmetry and lymphadenopathy were noted. Intra-oral examination Examination revealed generalized, edematous and fibrous gingival overgrowth, with localized areas or erythema.
