Rhinoscleroma, also known as Mikulicz disease, is a chronic granulomatous bacterial disease of the nose that can sometimes infect the upper respiratory tract. Early diagnosis and treatment are necessary to avoid progressive and destructive complications of the disease. This article discusses the effective approaches for the management of Rhinoscleroma.
