The patient had Sr.K+ of 9.4mEq/L. IV cacl2 1000 mg given immediately, Dextrose + Insulin infusion, Asthaline neb given f/by immediate hemodialysis done. I/v/o Renal failure and metabolic acidosis.
The patient is stable now. What could be the probable diagnosis? How to treat further?
