He developed round ulcer inside lower lip, from last four months. It is granular looking, granuloma type lesion. He chews tobacco, he had four times intercourse with his fiance. Not responding to any treatment.

Antifungal, ceftriaxone 2 gm iv bid for five days, ornidazole, given no change in a lesion. Suggest the plan for treatment. Latest lesion and biopsy reports attached.
