9 years old boy, good developmental history, all mile stones in time, read but cant hold pen & write, no limb deformity, little introvert, one of the parent is an introvert, both IT people. All workup done so far NAD, no visible physical deformity, smart in all respects except the above.

Please guide how to proceed & advise the parents.
