60/F k/c/0 HTN, came with facial asymmetry, with involuntary movements of left eyelid,  no h/o weakness in UL n LL..since 2 months on OPD basis. On examination,  Left UMN type facial involvement, normal power Ul, LL..DTR normal, normal plantar..

MRI ordered.. Suggest Diagnosis?
