Next day blood test showed Bilirubin 5; raised ALT, AST, GGT but all the viral markers were negative Serum Lipase was also raised Cholesterol was 345 and triglyceride was 1164 Ultrasound whole abdomen showed Grade1 fatty liver and bulky pancreas. 6 days after recovery, when should he start controlling his dyslipidemia and with what? Any diet chart?
