Ten-week old baby brought one day after the second dose of pentavalent and OPV. Mother gave 7 ml of paracetamol drops with 100 mg per ml. She vomited once after two hours As the baby did not have a fever or much of irritability it was not repeated. Mother did not notice the mistake till grandmother pointed out that what was written on the bottle was 0.7 ml next day. On examination baby was active feeding well and system examination were within normal limits. The drug and the dose were given was re checked.
