A patient complaint over the telephone about sudden bleeding from hairless scalp. I have never heard of it before. Later the patient came to me with cotton applied on the scalp filled with blood.

Primary Aid was given. Who can help me and what is the possible reason for this. the paitent is normal in structure and has suffered with bleeding nose 2 years back.
