In the USA , as per their le gal law, all pharma companies has to reveal what they have paid to a Doctor either in form of a cash or kind. As organising their associations annual or alumni celebration as scientific meeting in three to five star hotels or weekly or monthly continue medical education, educational seminars or medical conferences in home country or foreign country where doctor registration fee or his/her airfare, stay, food with cocktail and gala musical nights or recreations or trips to nearby areas, alone or with family is paid by medical company. Few Companies pay associations by advertisement in their journals or souvenirs.
