My friend was a part of surgical team who was headed by senior surgeons. But during a surgery one of the senior surgeons (who is more than 70 years old) was quite unhappy with some of the methods being followed by other surgeons and assisting team members. The other team members are also quite reputed and responded to the senior surgeon very professionally. They managed to perform the procedure as per the most recent guidelines.
