Is MCI having control over pg courses conducted from Indian and foreign universities other than recognised courses? A doctor trained in some speciality as a full time course which is not coming under perview of MCI (example Russia), can he practice as a specialist? Because he will put degrees in name board from where he got clearly.
Whether MCI recognised or not, he is trained and qualified, certified so he is a specialist only. Can he practice as a specialist on his own risk? MCI can tell that course is not recognised but court will accept his training and qualification.
