I think a lot of freshly passed out Superspecialists are looking for fellowship/opportunities outside the country. While most programs in US need USMLE as a pre-requisite which practically is a very complicated scenario after completing both your MD and Super specialization from India.

Anyone overseas opportunities which Indian Doctors can avail without the need to go through the tedious process of USMLE?
