In our day to day life the tensions related to home, office and personal life are increasing. But we don’t think to come out from these tensions. We don’t find the solutions of these tensions even we don’t discuss with others about these matters. But for our mind, relaxation of mind is very important. We avoid physical exercise. Physical exercise is not only very important to stop taking tension, but also important for the damage which was held because of taking tensions. We should do exercise at least 30 minutes in a day.
Usually we avoid various problems like vertigo, numbness in legs & hands, headache etc. we don’t consult a doctor by taking it all very lightly. We avoid the simplicity and balance in food.
