A new technique for abdominal cancer “two parallel curvilinear incision” have been developed by cancer experts at AIIMS Delhi. The technique works by making incision on cancerous cell thereby avoiding disturbances in nearby area. The new technique has 70% success rate as compared to previous one which had about 20%.

So far, 75 cancer patients have been treated by this new technique. This new surgery technique has been accepted by World Journal of Surgery, High Impact Journal and World Journal of Methodology.
