Dr. R. R. Kishore is a unique combination of Medicine and Law. He is medical-men diversified into law and has been practicing as an advocate in the Supreme Court of India. He is the Founder-President of Indian Society for Health Law and Ethics. He was also the Chairman of International Committee on Organ Transplantation (ICOT) World Association for Medical Law (WAML). He was associated with the drafting of Indian law, the Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994 as Member-secretary, Rules Drafting Committee.
