As we are regularly facing CPA like activities due to controversial diagnostic reports results, is it technical error or doctor's/technologist's error or system error? As in present era we are labelling patients suffering from chronic heart failure with Echocardiograhy technique on Dimensional measurements of Heart (its wall/chamber diameter). It is really a good technique to study the heart.
Can two Cardiologists differ/issue two different reports for the same patient at the same time for Chronic Heart Failure? Is it possible?
