Synopsis The study, also known as TOPACIO, aimed to evaluate the clinical activity and safety of combination treatment with niraparib and pembrolizumab in patients with advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer. The study participants were administered oral niraparib and intravenous pembrolizumab. Following this, they were assessed for objective response rate, safety, disease control rate, duration of response, progression-free survival, and overall survival. The drug combination was found to be beneficial in the said population.
