Often we come across many patients who visit private doctors and when they need hospitalization they are sent to govt hospitals for further management. Becuase they can not afford pvt hospital expenses. But on reaching govt hospitals when patient shows the pvt doctor's prescription and investigation reports - he gets furious and tells the patient - he should go to pvt hospital. Similar things I have witnessed in Delivery cases.
Dear Friends -Probably we also committed the same mistake when we were young and worked in Govt set up or in medical college.Sometimes it was for genuine reason as - we felt that case has been mishandled.. But medical profession already facing lots of hurdles and no one is perfect in today's date. Often we miss certain things while examining patients and some serious warning symptoms are also overlooked in busy OPD. My advise to all my collegaues and juniors…
