INFACT, Government should help in processing For rural students. Send Government teachers for Training course — to Finland, Japan, China, Korea, Philippines — on Deputation — To observe and learn and UPDATE. Below poverty line students, Orphans, Street Children, Children in Railway stations — etc should be sent for special Professional training to various centers according to their capabilities capacities.
Government should SERIOUSLY focus on making education compulsory, and updated to high international standards. Entire Education Department (next generation) should be under strict supervision of high authority.
