an apparently healthy 40 year old male came for regular health check up.CBC : WBC 10.9 lac, Eosinophiles : 28 (40% in DLC) Neutrophiles ( relatively low: 40) Chest X Ray clear. RBC, Platelet adequate.
What is probable cause? should I treat with Ivermectin/albendazole plus hetrazan or refer to hemat?
