I had a patient 30 year old lady term pregnant with previous 1 C/S, asking for epidural analgesia for labour pain. She is diagnosed as Saggittal vein thrombosis since 2 years and on treatment with LMWH which was stopped 24 hours prior.

I want to know if there is any contraindication to epidural and if so can someone explain me why? Thanks
