A 40 yrs old female had cough ,running nose,fever ske consulted some  local doctor who treated her for 3-4 days as she started developing brrathlessness she was referred to another doctor who treated her on the line of pneumonia she remained in his hospital for 40 hrs when conditioned worsened she was referred to another hospital where doctor suspected her as a case oh swine flu Tamiflu was given samples were sent put on ventilater pt died after 10 days.later she was found confirmed case of swine flu.now attndent complained that it is the fault of second doctor for not suspecting swine flu timely otherwise  patent could have been saved
