A lady, 29 yrs, overweight, had her LMP on 22-02-15 ,amenorrheoic since then.On TVS, done 1 month back, findings of typical PCO noted & since then completed 21 tabs of GINETTE 35, 9 days back & continuing Myoinositol+NAC+VITD for last 1 month, till date, but no mens happens till today, she isn't expecting pregnancy r ight now (parity- 1).serum TSH,PRL-no normal & other required investg. not done due to their unwillingness.
Presently, worried about her mens cessation & no past H/O such mens irregularities. Kindly suggest me
