A 40 year old female having evening rise of blood pressure mostly at 6:30 pm. It start rising from 1:30pm but reaches peak in the evening , 140/110 and pulse 100 . mainly diastolic increases. in the morning 100/70 without any medication. all hormone reports are normal, 24 hr catacholamine level normal. thyroid normal.

blood sugar normal. BMI 25. No obesity. No major illness in past. What can be reason for same?
