A 53-year old healthy and physically active male was presented with  noted fatigue and groin soreness. Physical Exam Adenopathy: several small (~1 cm diameter) soft nodes in supraclavicular and axillary areas. Two larger (>2 cm diameter) firm inguinal nodes. No other organomegaly.

The rest of the exam was within normal limits.
