Dear friends, Today in OPD, 8 months old male bay came with 2 time loose motions and not accepting feeds and also not active. No h/o crying simply calm, o/e no temperature, normal tone baby was feeding bottle feed since birth due to absence of breast milk to mother, I gave to this baby syr.

Oflox-oz, and Cyclofolm drops sos and ORS, woodwords. So please advise furher management?
