In the most of the reports Ultra Sound scans of abdomens, the Fatty infiltration of liver is a routine finding even in normal and asymptomatic cases.Can we take it seriously or not? What is the prognosis of this condition of liver in non alcoholic and normal people and is it necessary to treat with liver preparations or leave it for observation?
