I am told there are some systems for naming diseases and symptoms for purposes of proper correlations, research and for comparing results- like there is one ICD 10 (by WHO), SNOMED - CT. These are believed to be internationally accepted. But what about in India?

Can any of my esteemed colleagues give me a proper answer and full guidance? Thanks in advance.
