As per the relative she tried to commit suicide by taking large dose of paracetamol, INH and Ibuprofen. She was taken to nearby hospital and she was treated with activated charcoal and n-acetylcysteine for 21 hours. After 5 days of stay in the hospital she signed DAMA and came to my hospital with complain of epigastric pain and myalgia.Her investigation in our hospitals CPK 30000 AST 230 ALT 265 PT.
